Preferences
Purpose: Remembers non-essential interface choices such as saved table filters, dashboard layout, chart intervals and dismissed notices so the desk looks the same on your next visit.

Retention: Up to 12 months.
Analytics
Purpose: Aggregated, pseudonymised usage measurement: which pages are opened, where intake forms are abandoned and how fast pages load. Used only to improve the service — never to profile you or to make decisions about a mandate.
Legal basis: Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 6 FADP.
Data stored: Page-view and performance measurement identifiers
Retention: Up to 14 months, then aggregated or deleted.
Marketing
Purpose: Measures whether a campaign or referral led to an intake request and avoids showing the same message repeatedly. We do not sell personal data and we do not run cross-site advertising profiles.
Legal basis: Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Art. 6 FADP.
Data stored: Campaign attribution identifier · Frequency-capping flag
Retention: Up to 6 months.
